Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Unfortunately, after this time period I will be unable to refund the session fee. If you arrive late to your appointment, this will be deducted from your treatment time. Please ensure that the health form has been completed prior to attendance, otherwise the session will be forfeited. This is a women only clinic. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, I will give as much notice as possible and a full refund will be given. If there are any changes in your health and well being, it is your responsibility to inform me of this prior to your session.
